Founded in New Delhi, IRANZA DESIGNS operates at the intersection of architectural rigor and spatial empathy. We are a small team with an outsized commitment to getting the details right.
Our name derives from the Urdu word for "essence" — the fundamental nature of a thing. We believe every site, every client, every brief has an essence waiting to be uncovered. Our job is to find it and give it form.
We work across scales — from a single room to an entire campus — applying the same level of care and intellectual honesty to every project. No project is too small to deserve our full attention.
We don't follow trends. We follow spatial logic.
Architecture is not a style. It is a discipline. Like medicine or engineering, it has principles that transcend fashion. We design buildings that obey these principles — buildings that work, endure, and dignify the people who inhabit them.
This does not mean we reject the new. It means we evaluate every new idea against a simple test: does it solve the problem better? If yes, we adopt it. If no, we move on.

Honesty Over Ornament
We believe materials should be expressed truthfully. Concrete should look like concrete. Wood should age like wood. Architecture should not pretend to be something it is not.

True luxury is not excess. It is the careful editing of every element until only the essential remains. We remove until we cannot remove any more.
